Make your own animal baby matching game. Go through old magazines and websites and clip pictures of animal babies and their mothers. Glue each separately on index cards. Turn them over and have children do the matches.


Visit a zoo to observe the differences in appearance between baby animals and their parents. Maybe your children would like to sketch the babies.


Mix up animal parts in this online game.


Make handprints of your children, yourself, and parents or grandparents if available. Look at the differences and similarities in the palms. Hang the handprints on your refrigerator.
